Winter Schedule Begins January 6th, 2025

Mondays

  • 7:00-8:00pm Beginner II This beginner course is a continuation of the Intro to Flamenco session. We will develop the basics of flamenco hands and arms, footwork and palmas. And build on choreography. Beginner students will learn posture, upper body arm and hand technique and footwork technique. Some flamenco/dance experience

Tuesdays

  • 6:00-7:00pm Intro to Flamenco No experience necessary! This introductory course will give the basics of flamenco hands and arms, footwork and palmas. We will learn short combinations and choreographies.

  • 7:00-8:00pm Intermediate Technique This intermediate class will cover upper body and footwork technique.

  • 8:00-9:00pm Intermediate Choreography This intermediate class will cover upper body and footwork technique as well as build on a choreography.

Wednesdays

  • 9:30-11:00am Flamenco and Castanets-Join this fun midday class! Some flamenco experience necessary, no castanet experience required. Flamenco technique and choreography with castanets. Prior registration is required.

  •  7:00-8:30 pm Intermediate/Advanced Footwork and Upperbody Technique and Choreography This class is a technique class for higher-level students with a substantial background in flamenco. We will be focusing on footwork and upper-body stylization. Teniques for strength, speed, will cover tech and complex rhythms.

Saturdays

  • 9:00-10:30am Flamenquitos- more info
