Summer Schedule Begins June 3rd

Mondays

  • 7:00-8:00pm Beginner I/II with Marinella This beginner course is a continuation of the Intro to Flamenco session. We will develop the basics of flamenco hands and arms, footwork and palmas. And build on choreography. Beginner students will learn posture, upper body arm and hand technique and footwork technique. Some flamenco/dance experience

  • 8:00-9:00pm Intro to Flamenco with Marinella- This class will work on developing advanced choreography for performance.

Tuesdays

  • 9:15-10:15am Flamenco and Castanets-Join this fun midday class! Some flamenco experience necessary, no castanet experience required. Flamenco technique and choreography with castanets. Prior registration is required.

  • 7:00-8:00 Intermediate Technique with Drea Pacot- This intermediate class will cover upper body and footwork technique.

  • 8:00-9:00 Intermediate Choreography with Drea Pacot This intermediate class will cover upper body and footwork technique as well as build on a choreography.

Wednesdays

  • 7:15-8:015pm Beginner I/II Flamenco with Genevieve This beginner course is a continuation of the Intro to Flamenco session.   • 8:15-9:15pm Intro to Flamenco with Genevieve- No experience necessary! This introductory course will give the basics of flamenco hands and arms, footwork and palmas.

Thursdays

  •  7:00-8:00pm Intermediate/Advanced Footwork and Upperbody Technique with Genevieve This class is a technique class for higher level students with substainal background in flamenco. We will be focusing on footwork and upperbody stylization. We will cover technique for strength, speed and complex rhythms.

  • 8:00-9:00pm Intermediate/ Advanced Choreography with Genevieve This class will work on developing advanced choreography for performance.

Saturdays (starting June 3rd)

  • 9:00am-10:20 Flamenquitos- more info

  • 10:30-11:30am Intro to Flamenco- No experience necessary! This introductory course will give the basics of flamenco hands and arms, footwork and palmas.
